Dr. Graham holds a B.S. in Psychology and an MPA (Masters in Public Administration) from Georgia College & State University and an Ed.D. in Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Georgia.

Biography
Dr. Jennifer Graham leads the Student Inclusion and Belonging unit of Student Life and additionally provides leadership for the Women's Center & LGBTQ+ Programs staff providing direction and coordination for the department. Dr. Graham served as the founding director of the Women's Center for 16 years and has won over $800,000 in grant funding for power-based interpersonal violence prevention and response. She completed her dissertation on "Living through reorganizations: A multisite case-study exploring how Women's Centers experience reorganization." Most recently, Dr. Graham served as Interim Chief Diversity Officer before moving her role as Associate Dean of Students for Student Inclusion and Belonging.

Melissa received her undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, & Culture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and has a M.Ed. in College Student Affairs Administration as well as a Graduate Certificate in Women's Studies from the University of Georgia.
